1. Who we are

Online Income Roadmap is a service provided by Mupi Prime Lda, NIF 517629666 , Rua Augusto Rosa ,nº 79 4000-098 Porto . By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms.

2. The service

Online Income Roadmap uses artificial intelligence to generate action plans to start earning money online, based on the information you provide in your profile and in each goal's form. Plans are saved in your account, with a checklist and PDF export.

3. Account

• You must be at least 18 years old and provide truthful information.
• You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done in your account.
• You can delete your account at any time in Account settings.

4. Nature of the plans

Plans are generated by artificial intelligence and are practical guidance, not financial, tax, legal or investment advice. We do not guarantee any result or income. Estimates are indicative and may contain errors; check important information before making decisions. Results depend on your work, your circumstances and the market.

5. Credits and payments

• Generating a plan uses credits. Credits are only deducted when the plan is generated successfully.
• Credit packs: one-off payment; the credits never expire.
• Subscription: gives you a number of credits per cycle (for example, 30 days). There is no automatic renewal: you pay for each cycle whenever you want. Cycle credits you don't use expire at the end of the cycle.
• We may offer welcome credits on your first payment.
• Prices include VAT at the applicable rate. Payments are processed by Stripe (card, Multibanco, MB WAY). The invoice is sent by email.
• We may change prices and credit costs; changes do not affect payments already made.

6. Right of withdrawal

Credits are digital content supplied immediately. You have 14 days from purchase to request a refund of credits you have not used yet. By generating a plan, you request immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal for the credits used. To request a refund, contact us at the email address in section 1.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use the service for illegal purposes, to try to access other users' data, to overload or circumvent the system's limits, or to generate content that infringes third-party rights.

8. Content

The plans generated for you are yours and you may use them freely. The software, the brand and the website texts belong to Mupi Prime Lda. Plans may be used as public examples, without personal data, only with your permission.

9. Liability

We provide the service with care, but without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on the plans or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are significant, we will notify you by email or on the website before they take effect.

11. Governing law and disputes

Portuguese law applies. In a consumer dispute, you may use an alternative dispute resolution entity (list at consumidor.gov.pt) or the Electronic Complaints Book.
